What to include in your takedown

PayPal — like every DMCA recipient — needs the same core information to action a report. Include:

• Your full name and contact details (email, physical address if required).
• A link to your original work — your portfolio, the Instagram post, the date you published it. Proof of ownership matters.
• A short description of the work so the reviewer can match it.
• The exact URL(s) of the infringing listings or content on PayPal.
• A good-faith statement: "I have a good-faith belief that the use of this material is not authorised by me, my agent, or the law."
• A statement under penalty of perjury: "I confirm under penalty of perjury that the information above is accurate and that I am the copyright owner (or authorised to act on behalf of the owner)."
• Your electronic signature — your typed full name is fine.
